- Caseloads are high – 148 clients for every 1 consultant.
- 8% of the employment services industry takes stress leave annually.

Consultant turnover is at 32.8% – that’s too high for an industry built on helping people find employment!
Qualifications specific to the role are scarce, and those that do exist are ineffective when it comes to influencing and creating real and lasting behaviour change. And with the changes coming as a part of Enhanced Services in the NESM, there’s never been a more important time to give consultants the professional development they desperately need.
